Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We kindly request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations.
We require a credit card on file to guarantee your appointment day and time.
A cancellation fee of 50% of the dollar amount for the scheduled service(s) is applied to the card for no shows or missed appointments without a 24-hour notice. Multiple cancellations and late arrivals will result in the loss of booking privileges. We still welcome you as a walk-in guest if your schedule is not conducive to pre-booking.
The cancellation policy allows the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our stylist’s/therapist schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. The policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele.
We understand that certain circumstances may make it difficult for you to arrive on time for your service. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled.
Child Policy
The age limit for children’s haircuts is from 5 to 7 years of age.
Color services for children under the age of 18 will require in person parental approval. We kindly require that only those guests receiving services be present in the service areas. While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing service experience, it is enforced with your child’s safety in mind. Our salon is not child proof. Sharp implements, hot styling tools, chemicals and a busy, congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children & all guests. Children are not permitted on the styling floor, and we cannot accommodate them while you are receiving a service. Please arrange childcare before your visit.
Pricing Policy
Pricing provided by guest services/online is a starting price point and is subject to increase due to the level of stylist and at their discretion determined by product usage, technique, and length/density of hair. All salon/spa prices are subject to change at the owner’s discretion.
Product Returns
Unused products purchased at Touch Aveda Salon & Spa may be returned or exchanged for another Aveda product within 14 days of purchase with a valid Touch Aveda salon receipt. We do not accept returns on Aveda products purchased from corporate Aveda.com online. We do not accept gift cards from corporate Aveda purchased at Aveda.com.
Satisfaction Commitment
We are committed to ensuring that your time with us was a positive one. If you are not completely satisfied with your experience or results, please contact us within 24-72 hours after your service so we may have the opportunity to better serve you. We would be happy to have you return to the salon for a complimentary adjustment or redo of your original service with the same service provider within one (1) week of the original service date. If the original service provider is not available or if you feel that they are unable to provide the service, an exception may be made to schedule the adjustment or redo with another service provider chosen by our management team. After seven (7) days of your original service, we will no longer be able to offer a complimentary adjustment or redo.
Due to the artistic nature of our business, Touch Aveda Salon & Spa cannot offer refunds on any services performed. Our most important objective will always be to have you leave the salon looking and feeling your best and we will always work to ensure you reach your desired result.
All salon and spa prices/policies are subject to change at the owner’s discretion.
Aveda does not test on animals.
We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express.
